About Cheeseman Farm — Betsy's Barn

Cheeseman Farm’s Betsy’s Barn is a rustic wedding venue in Portersville with a large event space and outdoor ceremony locations. The barn accommodates up to 300 guests and is available for weddings from May through August. Couples may hold ceremonies in the gazebo, beneath a large oak tree, inside the barn, or in the field. The barn has a wrap-around covered porch, bar area, open-air lounge, glass-enclosed deck, modern bathrooms, and a 20-by-40-foot hardwood dance floor. The space is not heated or air-conditioned; cross ventilation and fans are provided. Wedding services include in-house catering, buffet meal service, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, setup and cleanup, staff support, parking, and rain-plan coordination. Outside catering is not permitted. Renters may provide alcohol, with in-house bartenders required and bar packages available. The barn must be cleared by 11 p.m.
