About Chatillon-DeMenil Mansion

Chatillon-DeMenil Mansion is a restored Greek Revival historic house museum with a garden and grounds available for private events. Event options include indoor gatherings in the Carriage House, outdoor receptions on the patio, and ceremonies at the gazebo or on the brick patio, with a tent available by request. The Mansion itself can be added for access at an additional fee. The museum interprets the history of the house and its former residents, with period furnishings and a collection of more than 1,200 items from the 1904 World's Fair.

Pricing note

Private rental packages: $1,600 for 4 hours, $2,300 for 6 hours, or $2,900 for 8 hours; advertised maximum capacity 100. These are package totals, not standalone venue-rental amounts. Rehearsal rentals are $200/hour for access only, with no food, drink, or setup, for up to 30 people. The Mansion can be added for a $1,000 flat fee.
