Chateau Banquets in Merrillville offers small, medium and large ballrooms for 50–350 guests, plus an outdoor gazebo. Its menus cover family-style dinners, general luncheons, funeral luncheons and chef-style brunch. Confirmed count and balance are due three weeks before the event. Wedding reception hours vary among published menu editions, so the booked contract must settle the applicable access window. A separate funeral luncheon has a 50-person minimum and two-hour limit.

Published optional charges include 20% gratuity, 7% Indiana sales tax, $150 uniformed officer, $50 audio, $500–$700 running-bar-tab minimum plus $75 per bartender, gazebo chairs $1.50 each and colored napkins $0.50. Extra attendees above the confirmed count are charged the agreed per-person price plus tax/gratuity and a $50 table-setup fee. Package rate cells in the recovered Well/Premium/Top Shelf sheets are blank; request the current room-, date- and menu-specific quote.
