The property features a 7,520-square-foot barn with chandeliers and ceiling fans, a bridal suite, grooms quarters, a 2,600-square-foot conference center, and two cabins for wedding party preparation. Outdoor ceremony options include a spot beneath a willow tree. The venue also offers a bluff for sunset photos, lakes, and wildlife. Capacity is up to 300 guests. Three packages are available: venue-only ($4,900), all-inclusive (call for pricing), and build-your-own. Amenities include tables, chairs, white linens, twinkle lights, shuttle service, and staff assistance. Alcohol is permitted through approved vendors. A $2,000 deposit is required, with balance due 60 days prior. Event insurance is mandatory. The venue opened in spring 2016 and is currently booking for 2026.
