The Carriage House Theater is a renovated 1850s carriage house on the campus of the Cayuga Museum of History and Art at 203 Genesee Street in Auburn, New York. Its main floor is a ballroom with a stage and bar, and it keeps restored carriage doors, hardwood floors, bead board paneling, and floor-to-ceiling velvet curtains. The space is offered for bridal parties and weddings, live music, business meetings, and black box theater use. Furnishings and equipment include 100 upholstered chairs, 100 mahogany wooden chairs, 4-foot round tables, 6-foot rectangular tables, LED stage lighting, a professional sound system, and a 9-by-16-foot rear projection screen with projector. Heat and air conditioning, an accessible restroom, and wine and beer service are available. The lower level adds two additional restrooms, two dressing rooms, a shower, and a prep kitchen for catering. The theater sits behind the museum's Willard-Case Mansion and Case Research Lab, which are part of the same historic campus. Guests can reach the museum's main building by elevator on all three levels, and parking is available on Genesee Street, in lots behind the building off Orchard Avenue, and in the adjacent lot at 23 Orchard Avenue.
