The full site accommodates up to 150 guests; partial rentals include the Courtyard, West Terrace, and Main Salon together for up to 150, or the Octagonal Room for up to 12. The Main Salon can be used for dancing. A bridal suite and groom’s room provide private restrooms, vanity and sitting areas, and air conditioning. Valet parking is mandatory, with overflow parking at a nearby city-owned lot. Most of the home and gardens are ADA compliant, though historic architecture limits access in some areas. The Ocean Terrace and some surrounding gardens partially reopened in September 2026; the Amphitheater, Woodland Garden, and Native Bowl remain closed, and the Ocean Terrace and gardens may close again during Phase II construction.
