About Cardozo South Beach

Cardozo South Beach is a boutique hotel at 1300 Ocean Drive, on the corner of 13th Street in Miami Beach's Art Deco Historic District, across Ocean Drive from the beach. The 1939 building was reimagined in 2019 under the ownership of Gloria and Emilio Estefan. The property offers 42 guest rooms and suites, including a 1,500-square-foot Penthouse Suite, with courtyard-view, ocean-view and accessible options, plus a two-bedroom ocean-view king suite. For events, the hotel has two separately listed private spaces: the VIP Room, about 700 square feet with a wet bar and a maximum of 60 people, and The Courtyard, about 800 square feet of outdoor space with an entrance from 13th Street, suited to cocktail receptions and intimate dinners with a maximum of 49 people. Shared event technology includes 100 GB Wi-Fi, a 60-inch HD television and Apple TV connection. Outside catering and audiovisual providers are welcome with hotel approval and additional fees. On-site dining includes Call Me Cuban, a contemporary Cuban restaurant with a full bar, and Estefan Kitchen Express, a grab-and-go shop.
