Canterbury Farm & Event Center
Wedding venue in Pine Island, Minnesota
About Canterbury Farm & Event Center
Canterbury Farm & Event Center is a 10‑acre horse hobby farm in Pine Island, Minnesota that is being transformed into a dedicated wedding venue. The property includes a barn whose loft features arch‑shaped wood rafters that create a chapel‑like indoor ceremony space, and the surrounding grounds offer outdoor ceremony options beneath large, historic maple trees. A future 5,120 sq ft commercial event center is under construction and will accommodate up to 300 guests, providing a bridal prep area, a down‑room, a bar, and a catering kitchen. Recent rezoning to a Special District has cleared parking and usage restrictions, and plans include a fenced pasture and a 3/4‑acre pond with a lighted fountain.
