Food and beverage is provided by the on-property culinary staff, and outside catering is not permitted. The main space is the Caloosa Ballroom, a 30,000-square-foot room with 22-foot ceilings that can be divided into five rooms. It can be arranged for gatherings from roughly 150 to 3,000 attendees, and it is suited to general sessions, banquets, receptions and breakouts. Galleria and Grand Foyer areas add daylight, park and river views, and an outdoor terrace for receptions, registration and sponsor displays. Each booking is assigned an event manager after the contract is signed to coordinate logistics and compliance with venue rules. Audio-visual, lighting and rigging are supplied through in-house partners, and the ballroom has production rigging points.
