It offers three distinct rentable spaces: the Governor’s Legacy Ballroom (6,200 sq ft, up to 225 seated dinner or 275 conference), the Wren Ceremony Suites (2,840 sq ft, 210 ceremony seating), and the Cellar Cocktail Lounge (1,500 sq ft, 60–85 seated dinner or 80–100 cocktail reception). The venue also provides two private getting-ready suites. Weddings can be hosted entirely under one roof, with ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and rehearsal dinner options. An Exclusive Wedding Weekend Takeover includes Thursday and Friday access for setup and rehearsal, exclusive use of all three main rooms and two suites, and Sunday reserved for décor pick-up. Parking is available via a dedicated lot and a garage across the street. The venue offers a free 3D floorplan design tool and allows clients to choose their own vendors from a recommended list. Operating hours are Monday–Friday 9 AM–9 PM, Saturday 9 AM–12 AM, closed Sunday.
