About Buffalo River Grove

Buffalo River Grove is a five-acre picnic grove and outdoor pavilion on Clinton Street in West Seneca, located behind the Kwik Fill station at 2299 Clinton Street. The property was previously operated as Fontana's Grove and has been family-owned and operated for more than 20 years. It is rented for private gatherings such as reunions, graduation parties, company picnics, corporate team-building, and other special celebrations. The pavilion holds 200 guests seated and 300 standing, with tables and chairs set up for up to 200 guests. Renting the grove includes exclusive private use of the pavilion and picnic area for a standard six-hour time slot, a venue manager, a freezer, refrigerator and prep counter with sink, indoor restrooms, an inside and outside PA system with microphones, and a small stage. Tenting can accommodate up to 1,500 people, and ample free parking is provided for up to 300 vehicles. Renters may bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages, or book the grove's in-house catering with breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet packages and a full bar. All alcohol must be purchased from and served by the grove's licensed staff. Lawn games including cornhole, Kan Jam, horseshoes, badminton, croquet and a volleyball court are included with the rental. The grounds are fully accessible, are not lit after dark, and the property closes at 9:00 PM.
