The solar-powered property is available year-round for weddings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and farm-to-table brunches. Ceremonies can take place in a landscaped outdoor ceremony area with wood benches, and the full property can be used for photographs. Reception spaces center on two barns: a 40x40 barn with full electric and a hanging chandelier, and a two-story barn with a first-floor outdoor living room and a second-story deck overlooking forests and hills, used for dancing, after-parties and dining. An outdoor pavilion with a kitchen and bar, bonfire pits, and a farmhouse with a floor-to-ceiling library/meeting room and a large kitchen table seating up to 20 complete the event areas. The basic wedding package includes landscaped space around the barns and house for cocktail hour and reception, a stocked fire pit, parking, basic sound and lighting, and two bathrooms with compost toilets and solar showers beside the barns. Overnight guests can stay in a farmhouse with private bedrooms, two shared full bathrooms and a shared kitchenette, in a private 10x10 cabin, in a 12x20 cabin with a loft, or at tent sites; the main house can sleep up to 25. Catering is arranged through several local caterers or through outside caterers who meet the venue's licensing and insurance requirements. Bar service with bartenders is available, with event permits handled by the venue.
