The City-owned Belfast Boathouse is a year-round rental facility for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other events. The rental includes the building and its fenced grounds. Inside are a large event room, a small event room, a vestibule, two single restrooms, and a warming kitchen. Events may also use the grounds, subject to the rental policies; Steamboat Landing Park and its gazebo are separate public spaces and are not included.
