Bay 7 is an event venue in the Washington Building on the American Tobacco campus, beside Lucky Strike Tower in downtown Durham. The 10,000-square-foot space features century-old brick and wood, panoramic windows, hardwood floors, steel girders and a wraparound balcony. It accommodates 70–400 people and offers wedding ceremonies and receptions, with dining service options including stations, plated meals and cocktail-style service. The Angus Barn is the exclusive caterer; outside food and beverage vendors are not permitted. In-house amenities include tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, silverware, dishes, nonfloral centerpieces, existing décor and lighting, catering equipment, audiovisual equipment and staging.
