About Baird Center

Baird Center is a newly expanded convention center in downtown Milwaukee, offering a modern backdrop for weddings of 25 to 2,000 guests. The venue features two ballrooms: the rooftop Baird Ballroom with customizable wave-shaped ceiling lights and access to the Baird Sky View Terrace offering city views, and the Grand Ballroom, the largest ballroom in Milwaukee. Both ballrooms can be subdivided into multiple configurations. On-site catering by Levy Restaurants provides chef-curated, fully customized menus, and in-house audiovisual services are available through CTI. A dedicated event services manager handles planning, set-up, and tear-down. The venue also includes 52 meeting rooms, a 300,000-square-foot exhibit hall, and an on-site parking garage with 300 spots. Sustainability features include a solar roof, LEED Gold certification, and ORCA food digesters. Accessibility amenities include sensory rooms, all-gender restrooms, and nursing mother's rooms.
