The property hosts weddings and other events on its outdoor deck and lawn, with a stated maximum event capacity of 175. Events are outdoors; the policies warn that a plan cannot simply be moved inside in bad weather. For weddings, receptions and parties, the inn requires a whole-house reservation. The seven core rental rooms accommodate up to 18 overnight guests, with capacity up to 24 when available overflow rooms and extra beds are used.
