About Art & History Museums of Maitland
The Art & History Museums of Maitland offers five event spaces on the Maitland Art Center campus, a National Historic Landmark known for Mayan Revival architecture, carved and cast concrete sculpture, courtyards and gardens. Wedding ceremonies and receptions are among the events hosted. Options range from the intimate Chapel and the outdoor Mayan Courtyard to the Main Garden, West Garden, and the Germaine Marvel Building, which is rented with the outdoor Rotary Event Plaza. Spaces have distinct capacities and configurations, including ceremony-only availability for the Main Garden and seasonal tent availability at the plaza. The indoor building is air-conditioned and includes restrooms and a large kitchen. Tables and chairs are available to rent for the building and must be rented separately for the plaza and West Garden. Handicap parking and pathway access ramps are available on the Packwood Campus. Photography on the grounds is subject to check-in, scheduling, approval and location rules.
