About Arroway Manor

Arroway Manor is a private estate in Virginia’s Appalachian Mountains near the James River. The 70-acre property includes woodlands, meadows, ponds, warm springs and a creek. Its Georgian and Colonial Revival-inspired manor features surrounding porches, patios, a cupola and a Grand Hall with soaring beams. The manor also has three private guest suites: the Tulip Suite, Barn Owl Suite and Dragonfly Suite. The estate welcomes weddings and other private gatherings, with one stay or gathering hosted at a time. Reservations are stated to begin in fall 2026, and the estate is scheduled to open in spring 2027.
