Set across 35 acres in Plantsville, Aqua Turf Club offers manicured gardens, fountains, gazebos and cobblestone paths, with four reception rooms for weddings and other events. Couples can hold ceremonies in the heated and air-conditioned Chapel in the Pines, which seats up to 240, or in the outdoor garden, which seats up to 400 and has the chapel as a weather backup. The site describes customizable wedding menus and attentive event service, with options for plated dinners, buffets and stations. Reception rooms have dedicated bars and restrooms; the Glass Room also has a lounge with a fireplace and bridal suite, while the Kay’s Pier North and South rooms overlook water features and can be combined for larger events.
