Wedding venue in Delaware, Ohio

About Alum Creek Farm

Alum Creek Farm is a private estate about 20 minutes north of Columbus, with more than five acres of grounds. Wedding rentals include exclusive use of a 4,800-square-foot all-white reception space, a vintage greenhouse, and manicured grounds. Couples may hold ceremonies in the greenhouse or reception space; cocktail hour is typically set in the gravel area outside the barn, with drinks served from a horse trailer. The reception space seats up to 175 guests and its cement floor can serve as a dance floor. The estate house provides a getting-ready space for the couple and wedding party. The venue also offers tables and chairs with setup, a day-of coordinator, a decor borrowing collection, lawn games, a firepit, a caterer prep area, parking, and golf-cart assistance for guests with disabilities. Weddings are seasonal, with events offered from May through October; the reception space and greenhouse lack central heat, while the estate house has central air conditioning and heat.
