The Adams County Historical Society Museum operates the historic Charles Dugan Mansion (built 1902) as a venue for private events including weddings, parties, and meetings. The first floor of the mansion and its surrounding grounds are available for rental. The first floor features rooms such as a foyer, library, cigar room, and dining room with original wood floors and fireplaces. Events can accommodate up to 49 guests. The rental fee is $50 per hour with a two-hour minimum, and includes a personal venue coordinator and limited tables and chairs. Bookings are accepted year-round except September and October.
