8th & Main KC is a restored early-20th-century bank in historic downtown Grandview, about 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City. Its indoor halls and private courtyard support ceremonies, cocktail hours and receptions in one location. Couples can hold ceremonies in an indoor space, the original bank vault or the courtyard, with no fee for weather-related changes. The reception hall accommodates up to 200 guests and includes handcrafted walnut tables, cushioned chairs, a custom bar and warm lighting. Two bridal suites, a groom’s room, on-site coordination and venue staff support the event; the groom’s room has direct access to parking.
