About 2700 Swiss Event Space

2700 Swiss Event Space is a rentable event space in a 1925 brick building on historic Swiss Avenue in Dallas's Art District, a short walk from Deep Ellum. The building was formerly home to Helms Printing, and its exposed red brick walls and original hayloft-style rafters remain part of the interior. About 2,200 square feet is arranged as a main hall, a breakout room, and a sunroom. The main hall, about 1,800 square feet, seats up to 90 in theater style and is set up for meetings, workshops, presentations, and social gatherings. The breakout room works for private sessions or a separate group, and the sunroom serves one-on-one meetings or check-in for larger events. Listed uses include corporate meetings, workshops, social events, product activations, pop-up retail, and a videography and photography studio. Built-in audio-visual equipment supports presentations and hybrid or virtual events. The space has daylight-filled windows, adjustable lighting, central heating and cooling, two bathrooms, and a bar back sink. Parking is available on surrounding streets and in nearby metered lots. The rental does not include furniture, linens, tableware, or decor, and the venue can recommend vendors.
