The question
Your welcome toast. You’ve got the thank-yous down: your mom and dad, the guys from college, everyone who travelled, and the bartender, for reasons. Your partner’s parents are at the front table. Are they on your list?
- Not by name. I thank my parents, and everyone else gets one big thank-you.
- Both families, by name, before anyone else. Then the guests and the wedding party, and my partner last.
