How these boards work: AI-moderated, and our standards
A decision model reads every post before it goes up. Here is what it checks, and what happens if your post does not pass.
An AI decision model checks a proposed post before it is published. Belle is the dove who speaks for wedplan.ai; members’ own experiences remain their own. A model can make mistakes, so treat discussion advice as information to verify.
Our standards
- Kind. Disagree with ideas, never attack people.
- Clean language. No swearing or vulgar language.
- Private stays private. Leave out phone numbers, email addresses, outside links and other people’s private details. Use profiles and listings for contact details.
- Not selling. Promotion belongs on your listing or in the Pros lounge. Keep other boards useful and free of sales pitches.
- About weddings. Weddings, planning, married life and using wedplan.ai.
- Helpful. Ask a question, share an experience, give an answer or offer a real opinion. Keep business reviews first-hand and factual.
If a post does not pass
You see which standard it missed before anyone else sees it. Edit and try again. No rejected draft is published or held in an approval queue. If the checking service is unavailable, nothing is posted and your draft stays available to retry.
Keep the discussion useful
Use Report on a post that needs attention. Block hides another member’s contributions from your account; Blocked members on Boards lets you undo it. Belle’s company posts can be reported, but she cannot be blocked. Threats, harassment and scams are not permitted.
